Leakage detection of battery cell

Including square aluminum shell cells and cylindrical cells before liquid injection shell weld sealing test, also known as the front helium detection, generally using positive pressure helium detection; liquid injection after the sealing nails after welding the finished battery cell dry leakage detection, also known as the rear helium detection, generally using negative pressure helium detection.

Battery PACK air tightness test

It mainly includes PACK tray airtightness testing, PACK top cover airtightness testing, water-cooled board testing, and PACK bag atmospheric pressure accumulation testing.
